This 45 minute class starts off slow and gentle and gradually allows you more opportunity to open up your body. We will explore a series of dynamic seated and standing movements, followed by seated breath work and meditative exercises to help you start your day with intention.
Cozy Evening Flow
Thursdays at 7:30 PM ET – 60 minutes – $7-$13
Get ready for a good night’s sleep with this hour long gentle class. We will move with our breath through movements and postures designed to reset and relax your body and mind. Pillows, blankets and pajamas are all welcome and encouraged!
De-stress and Connect (Community Donation class)
Sundays at 2 PM ET – 75 minutes – Donation Optional
Spend your Sunday afternoon getting closer to yourself and others with a community-oriented gentle yoga and meditation class. This 75 minute class is offered *donationoptional* to give every person equal access to trauma-informed relaxation and centering techniques. The first and final 10 minutes of class are reserved for sharing and discussion with your fellow students.
If group classes aren’t your thing, your schedule does not align with my current offerings, or you desire a deeper guided study, private classes may be a good fit. I offer class slots of varying length and content to accommodate whatever time you have available . My cancellation/postponement policy is flexible and my multi-class discount packs never expire.
Let’s work together to build a functional daily routine that you actually look forward to performing. I can help with goal setting, journaling, list making and brainstorming, studying and practice plans (yoga asanas, breath work, meditations,), accountability, motivation and of course: live yoga instruction and/or custom prerecorded videos.
