Chair Yoga
Wednesdays at 12 PM ET – 30 minutes
Discover the perfect way to infuse your day with gentle movement and relaxation by joining this afternoon chair yoga class. Although I recommend using a sturdy chair without arms, you can participate from any seat that allows your feet to rest comfortably on the ground.
We start this class with a gentle warm-up and body check-in. Depending on the participant’s chosen options, it typically ranges between light to moderate physical activity. I occasionally offer opportunities for some physical exertion, but the focus of this class is primarily on exploring the sensations and experience of being in one’s body rather than solely on working out. Finally, we conclude our class with a brief meditation or centering, with multiple participation options available.
Bed Yoga
Thursdays at 8 PM ET – 40 minutes
A calming yoga practice ideal for winding down in the evening. Intended for bed but can be done on a mat too. Grab some blankets and pillows for extra coziness and support as we practice. Feel free to wear your pajamas and don’t be shy about drifting off to sleep during this session!
We begin by centering ourselves, focusing on breathing naturally and slowly, and then progress to gentle movements. We then transition to longer holds in supportive postures such as twists and forward bends, using pillows and blankets to enhance comfort in each position. Finally, we conclude with a gratitude exercise and offer choices for a short meditation or relaxation session.
As with all of my classes, all exercises are suggestions and totally optional.
Monthly Community Class Schedule
These classes are offered free of charge for everyone!
Yoga for the Bunnies
2nd Sunday of the month at 7:00 PM ET – 60 minutes
Join me and my incredible rabbit companions for a 1 hour yoga class that you can take in a chair or on a mat! This class provides options for people of all experience levels and physical ability. There is space for a short, optional meditation or relaxation at the end of class. I also introduce my rabbits and speak about the experience of having house rabbits as pets, volunteering at a rabbit rescue and the work that we do as an organization.
This class is donation optional – all proceeds go directly to Everybunny Counts and provide medical care and supplies for the 40+ rabbits currently in their care. A donation is not required to participate and nobody is turned away for lack of funds.
Rainbow Space – LGBTQIA+ Embodiment & Peer Support
Bi-weekly Wednesdays 7:00 PM ET – 90 minutes
Join us for 90 minutes of community gathering centered around our shared identities as members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Get attention and validation from your peers. Do a little bit of feeling and moving. Create more space and freedom to grow, together.
This space utilizes exercises from co-counseling and compassionate communication. We also do some somatic practices, yoga and meditation. These meetings are held on a private Discord community that you will need to join to attend. Please use the form below to request access.
Sliding Scale Pricing
I provide three prices for each my offerings in order to help address wealth disparities in our society: Supporter, Sustainer and Community rates. With this in mind, please do your best to select the rate that most accurately reflects your current experience. If the Community rate is still financially inaccessible to you, please contact me to discuss additional payment options and scholarships!

If you’re not a fan of group classes or prefer a more personalized approach, private classes could be the perfect option for you. I have flexible class slots to accommodate your schedule.
I teach private lessons in yoga, breath work and meditation, as well as productivity and accountability coaching and assistance in building routines and personal practices.
